Attendance Audit Listing - Audit Listing AH: Student is not enrolled in class for an ADA period on __

Environment 

Elem w/MST schools using the School Options > All Day Attendance Management > Attendance Period Option

Cause

The student is not enrolled in a section that meets during the period specified on School Options.

Solutions - multiple, check each to see which applies to the situation

Solution 1: Check the student's Classes and Course Attendance.  If the student is missing the Section that is set up to take Attendance, add the appropriate Section with correct Start and End Dates.

Solution 2:  If the Section listed does not meet during the period specified on School Options, this will affect all students in that Section.  Since it is not possible to change the period on a Section that has students attached to it, the user will need to take the following steps:

1. On Master Schedule, select the Section that was set up with the incorrect Period.

Select the Copy button

2. Do not copy/move Students

3. On the copied Section, add the Section number, and change the Period to the correct Attendance Period. Select Insert

4. Return to the incorrect Section.  On the bottom right, in the "Move students to another class" add the new Section number, and the correct Crs Att Effective Date.  Choose Move All Students.
