Attendance Audit Listing - Audit Listing AG: Student has mismatch between All Day Attendance Code and ADA Period Code on __

Environment

Flex Scheduling schools using the School Options > All Day Attendance Management > Attendance Time option

Cause

1. Student has an absence code in the All Day Field AND a different or blank absence code in the ADA Period 

2. Student has an absence code in the ADA Period AND a different or blank absence code in the All Day Field

Solution

Ensure the All Day absence code matches the ADA Period absence code in schools using the All Day Attendance Management > Attendance Time option

Examples

The ADA Period absence code shows an "A" but the All Day absence code shows a blank

The All Day absence code and the ADA Period absence code do not match
