Attendance Audit Listing - Audit Listing AH: Student is not enrolled in class for an ADA period on __


Environment

Flex Scheduling schools using the School Options > All Day Attendance Management > Attendance Time option



Cause - multiple, check each 


Cause 1

The Class Calendar for the ADA Period/Class is not set to meet on the date(s) listed on the audit listing 


Solution 1 

  • If the ADA Period/Class does meet, select the date in the Class Calendar  
  • If the ADA Period/Class does not meet, set up a custom Bell Schedule to show which class does meet during the ADA time

Cause 2

The student's Course Attendance for the ADA Period/Class does not cover the date(s) listed on the audit listing



Solution 2

Check the student's Course Attendance and make the necessary adjustments to the dates 

Cause 3

There is already a custom Bell Schedule in place and the ADA Period/Class has incorrect Start/End time(s)


Solution 3 

Edit the Start/End Times for the affected Period of the appropriate Bell Schedule
