The Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code (CRS.SGR) is required for State Course Codes not equal to 1000.

This error occurs when a State Course Code other than 1000 is populated in the State Course Code (CRS.C3) field of a course record and the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code (CRS.SGR) field is not populated.

Suggested Resolution: 

• Populate the Departmentalized Course Standards Grade Level Range Code (CRS.SGR) field on the California Specific Fields tab of the course record.
