Student Transcript 

Assertive Discipline report

Cal Grant

Work permit

Emergency Card report

Note:  Users must have access to the legal student information in order for these options to display on the various reports.

An example of the legal name printing is on The Print Student Transcript report. It will have a Print Student Legal Name option for students with the legal names populated.  

The option is available by student on the Transcripts page or from View All Reports, Print Student Transcripts.

When using the Print Student Legal Name option, the legal name and gender will print on the Transcript in place of the student name.  

The Student Assertive Discipline Record also has a an option to Print Student Legal Name.  

The option is available by student on the Assertive Discipline page, reports or from View All Reports, Student Assertive Discipline Record.
