The following reports have the ability to print the Student's Legal Name from LSI table.

Default to Print Legal Name on Supported Reports
Note: Users must have access to the legal student information in order for these options to display on the various reports.
The student's legal information can be found on the Student Demographics page when the Show/Hide Legal Name option is toggled on.


Student Transcript ↑
The following is an example of the legal name printed on the Print Student Transcript report. The Transcripts page will contain an option for Print Student Legal Name when the student has legal name data populated (LSI table).
The option is available by student on the Transcripts page or from View All Reports, Print Student Transcripts.


When using the Print Student Legal Name option, the legal name and gender will print on the Transcript in place of the student name.

The Student Assertive Discipline Record also has a an option to Print Student Legal Name.
The option is available by student on the Assertive Discipline page > Print button or from View All Reports > Student Assertive Discipline Record.

Default to Print Legal Name on Supported Reports ↑
A default option is available in the District Settings page that allows supported pages to print the Student's Legal Name automatically.
Default to Print Legal Name on Supported Reports - Enabling this option will default the setting on other supported pages that have options to Print Student Legal Name. Currently, the only supported pages that this option impacts is the Cal Grant GPA Export page, the Transcript page and the Student Transcripts report. When these pages are loaded, the option to Print Student Legal Name will display as pre-selected or un-selected based on this setting and the user's permission to the Legal Student Information (LSI) table. The user can toggle the setting as needed and the page will always display according to this default setting. The option is stored in the District Options (DPT) table.
