Absence Codes do not show on the Attendance Notification Configuration page

Cause

Absence Codes are not defined at the District Level 

Resolution

Add Absence Codes at the District Level.  The District level Absence Code Table must contain all codes used at all schools. Best practice is all schools in utilize a standardized set of absence codes.
