Gradebooks - How Do I fix the Grade Levels in a Gradebook in Traditional Scheduling Schools or Elementary Type Schools Print

This article will help you correct the Low/High Grade levels in a Gradebook that are not correct. This affects Gradebook Grading Types for the Teacher. In a traditional or Elementary school , this can happen when the LO/HI grade levels are not correctly defined for the teacher in the Teacher (TCH) table.

1. Navigate to the Query Form to run this query for a list of Gradebooks assigned to the teacher based on the GBK.TN (Teacher Number ) of the teacher. (Replace the XXXX with the Teacher number for the Teacher)

LIST GBK GN NM TM PD LO HI TN SID IF TN = XXXX

2. Select Change from the Query Menu

3. A Query Change tab will display where the grade levels can be edited

After the Changes are completed, Close the Tab or click on the Orange Lock Icon with the name of the Table
Run the List Query again to verify the data was changed
