The application that saves and manages these payment methods is the LivingTree Payment Gateway.
Step 1: Access the LivingTree Payment Gateway
- Parents need to log in to the Aeries Parent Portal. Once logged in, they should navigate to the student’s financial transactions page.
Step 2: Initialize the Payment Portal:
- If the payment portal hasn’t been created yet, parents can initialize it by clicking on the “Initialize Payment Portal” button. This will set up the student’s payment portal on LivingTree.
Step 3: Add a Payment Method:
- Once the payment portal is set up, parents can add a payment method (credit card or PayPal) through the LivingTree Payment Gateway. This option will be available on the portal homepage.
