Issue 

• Unable to establish a connection with vendor TIPWeb-IT  
• Student Assets provided by TIPWeb-IT is not populating

Cause 

In the 3rd Party Systems Connection page, the URL was added with /tipwebapi/ which breaks the connection

Solution

When setting up the TIPWeb Integration in Aeries on the 3rd Party System Connection page, ensure that /tipwebapi/ is not added to the base URL as Aeries will automatically add /tipwebapi/ on the backend of the system.
