CALPADS requires that any record with an Exit Date MUST contain an Exit Reason.
CALPADS requires that Graduates, Dropouts, and No Shows have complete enrollment information, including Start Date and End Date, and Exit Date.
Any student enrollment record with a Leave Code (ATT.CD = “L” or ATT.CD = “B”) in Attendance Enrollment, must have a Reason Code entered.
