Navigate to School Info > Imports and Exports > State Testing Export Files

The State Testing Export Files screen in Aeries allows the creation of export files for for the following: 

• California Assessment of Student Performance and Progress (CAASPP) -  Administers the Smarter Balanced Summative Assessment (SBAC), California Alternate Assessments (CAA), California Science Test (CAST) and California Spanish Assessment (CSA)
• English Language Proficiency Assessments for California (ELPAC) - Administers the Initial (IELPAC), Summative (ELPAC), Initial Alternate ELPAC (IAELPAC) or Summative Alternate ELPAC (AELPAC)  Assessments

Each testing vendor provides several file layouts to identify students that will be taking the tests with modified test settings or accommodations, to identify students that will be taking alternate tests, and to identify students that will not be taking certain tests because of a Parent/Guardian Exemption or Medical Emergency. Export files using these file layouts can be created in the State Testing Export Files screen in Aeries.

Non-admin user accounts will need Administer to the Test Settings (STS) table for the State Testing Export Files node to be available to them. See Initial Setup and Security for Test Settings
