The Active Test Settings screen in Aeries Web Version will add an exit date of 6/30 of the prior school year to any open Test Setting (STS) records with expired or invalid codes. Any High School Science test settings, Remote Testing Video Permission,  or Condition Code test settings that carry over from a prior school year will also be automatically closed with an exit date of 6/30 of the prior school year for all students the first time a user enters the Test Settings page in the new school year.

In the below example the NEA.MTS record became an expired code in the 2017-18 school year. The 6/30/2017 end date was automatically added to the record when the user first entered the Active Test Settings screen in the 2017-18 school year.
