This article explains how the Aeries Payments system is integrated into the Student Portal.

Portal Homepage / Student Profile

If a Parent or Student account has Read permission to the Payment Transactions Summary (FTS) security area, the Payment Information tab will display on the Portal homepage and on the Student Profile page.

This section displays the Next Payment Date, Next Amount Due, and Remaining Balance for the student. Also, based on the Enable Campaign URL and Enable Billing Gate URL options from the School Options page, those links may display in this section, as well, but only if the student already has an Destiny Fundraising Manager payment portal created.

Clicking the View Payment Portal link will open the student's Destiny Fundraising Manager payment portal in a new browser tab, where details can be viewed, and funds can be donated. 

If the account also has Read permission to the Payment Transaction Details (FTD) security area, the Recent Transactions section will display a list of the five (5) most recent transactions for the student.

Payment Information Page

Clicking the View Details link of the Payment Information tab will open the full Payment Information page for parents and students.

The Payment Information page offers parents and students a more complete view of the student's Aeries Payments data. The Summary section at the top displays the Next Payment Date, Next Amount Due, and Remaining Balance for the student. Also, if the Enable Campaign URL option is enabled on the School Options page, the Payment Portal Total from Destiny Fundraising Manager will display in this section, but only if the student already has a Destiny Fundraising Manager payment portal created.

The View Payment Portal button can be used to access the Destiny Fundraising Manager Portal if the function has been setup in School Options and the student has activated the portal.

The View Payment Schedule button can be used to display a payment schedule that was setup under Payment Transactions in Aeries.

The AutoPay is On button will display if the parent or student has set up autopay via the Aeries portal account.

The Transactions section displays the full list of transactions for this student, but only if the parent or student has Read permission to the Payment Transaction Details (FTD) security area.
