This article explains the security areas and permissions used by the Aeries Payments system.
The Aeries Payments system uses the following security areas (tables):
- FTS - Payment Transactions Summary
- FTD - Payment Transaction Details
- FPS - Payment Transaction Payment Schedule

| Payment Transaction Summary (FTS) | Read Update | Required for any access. Allows viewing of Destiny Fundraising Manager portal setup and summary data (e.g., Next Payment Date, Amount, Remaining Balance). Does not include transaction details. Allows creation and updates to a student’s Destiny Fundraising Manager payment portal. |
| Payment Transaction Details (FTD) | Read Update Mass Update | Allows viewing of students' detailed payment transactions in Aeries and donations made via Destiny Fundraising Manager. Allows creation and editing of transactions, and manual processing of payments via Destiny Fundraising Manager. |
| Payment Transaction Payment Schedule (FPS) | Read Update | Allows viewing of a student’s existing Payment Schedule. Allows creation and updates to a student’s Payment Schedule. |
