Print an Academic Plan for One Student
The Academic Plan page is found in Student Data > Scheduling in the navigation menu. Click the Print Plan button on the High School Graduation View tab to print the currently selected student’s academic plan. The Report Viewer will allow you to Download or View the academic plan.

To include courses from grades 6 through 8 on the page and the printed student academic plan, select the Show all grade levels option.

Print Many Student Academic Plans
Academic Plans can be printed for multiple students. The Print Student Academic Plan page can be found under View All Reports.

The Print Student Academic Plan options default to Show Student List and default sort by Student Name.

One student or a group of students may be selected by clicking on the Student ID and selecting the students individually. Aeries will also honor a Keep/Skip statement generated in Query prior to printing academic plans.
To change the sort order click the mouse on the radio button for Grade, Student Name to sort by grade level and then student name.
To select students by grade level, instead of the default by Student Name, select the Show Grade Range option. The same sort options are available, defaulted to Student Name. Enter the desired grade levels in the Grade Range boxes to print academic plans for students in specific grade level(s).

The report will print all course information for grades 6 through 12 for the student's academic plan. To print only course information for grades 9 through 12, select the Only High School Grade Levels option by clicking on the checkbox.
When the course information is printed on the report, the student's course titles and course numbers will print based on the following legend:
- Completed courses - printed in standard font, with grey shaded background
- Current Enrolled courses - printed in bold font
- Planned courses - printed in italicized font

The last page of the report includes a Credit Summary that indicates:
- Required - number of credits required for the student to graduate
- Completed - number of credits student has completed
- Enrolled In - number of credits student is currently enrolled in
- Planned - number of credits student has planned to be completed
- Need To Plan - number of credits that are required, but are not currently planned
A Legend is also included to indicate the distinction between completed, enrolled and planned courses on the report.
Parent Signature and Date lines are available for use in obtaining parent signature indicating that the plan has been approved.
