Attendance Percentage By Teacher Report does not print any absences for a Section

Environment

• Scheduling type: Flex, or Secondary, but Use Staff in Sections is also enabled
  

Cause

On the Section, the teacher has an End Date on the Section Staff Members

Resolution

There should only be an End Date on a Section Staff Member if the teacher is no longer the Primary Teacher and there is a new Staff member entered. Leave the End Date blank if the teacher is still the Primary Teacher.
