Issue

Teacher has submitted Attendance, but Classroom Attendance and Teacher Portal Attendance do not show the green Attendance Submitted message.

Scheduling Type = Flexible


Cause

Multiple


1. Portal Options

  • The Attendance to be Taken (Marked as Complete) by Section option is not enabled
  • Enable this setting


2. Section Staff Members 

  • The Teacher has an End Date prior to the date of the Attendance that is being submitted
  • Temporarily remove the End Date, submit the attendance, reapply the End Date if applicable


3. ADA Meeting Time

There is a custom Bell Schedule in place and the Primary ADA time does not occur during the custom meeting time. Check the following tables to ensure they are not limiting attendance:
