Attendance Submitted doesn't save on Teacher Attendance or on Classroom Attendance

Cause

On the Section, the teacher has an End Date on the Section Staff Members

Resolution

There should only be an End Date on a Section Staff Member if the teacher is no longer the Primary Teacher and there is a new Staff entered.  Leave the End Date blank if the teacher is still the Primary Teacher.
