To reset an Aeries account that uses the Identity Provider as Aeries, a District Aeries Administrator must follow these steps:


Access the Users page by clicking on the Pages Tab and filtering for Users under the Security node.



Once the Users page displays, select the account that needs a password reset.



After selecting the account, the page will display the user account information. Click the Change button to display the options for changing the password - New Password, Confirm Password, and Must Change Password 



Populate the New Password field, and click the "Must Change Password" checkbox to prompt the user to change the password assigned to them upon login.


Once the new password has been entered, click the Update button to save the new password.
