• District utilizing Apple School Manager page for connection/integration and API Security Feature in Aeries.

Cause

Teachers who have active TCH records at both their current schools and schools where they no longer work.

Resolution

Confirm that staff members are actively working at the site. If they are inactive, their TCH records should be deactivated.
