Flex Daily Schools using Primary Class Tracking
Overview
The Students with Siblings report is a report that will print students with a matching Family Key. The report can be run at both the District and School level and can be accessed via the Siblings page or the Reports tab in the navigation.
When accessed via the Siblings page, the report will print the siblings for the currently viewed student. When printing from the Reports tab in the navigation, various options will be available to select along with a list of students.
The user can select one or more students to print on the same page. If no students are selected from the list, all students will print.

- Sort by Student Name
When selected, the report will print sorted by last name within each Family Key.
When Sort by Student Name is not selected, the report will print by Family Key in ascending order and only display the matching information under the Parent/Guardian, Telephone, Address, and City fields.
- Include Inactive Students
When selected, inactive students from within the logged in school will display in the options list and will also print on the report. The key with the inactives indicator will also print at the bottom of the report.
- Include Siblings District-Wide
When selected, students with a matching family key across the district, will display in the student list and print on the report.

The Student with Siblings report will print the Primary Teacher name under the Teacher/Counselor header and the Siblings page will display the Primary Teacher name.
The report will also print the room number next to the teacher name if it is populated under the Staff record > Scheduling Info section (SSI.RM). More information about populating this field can be found in Staff Scheduling Information.
