When scheduling Course Requests, conflicts may occur. The conflicts will display as a "reject" on the Course Request page and the Scheduling Reject Analysis Report. The student is issued an internal Reject Tag (SSS.RT). The "reject" may still display after the Course Request issue has been manually resolved.
To remove the Reject Tag:
- Lock the Course Request after manually resolving the conflict to remove the "reject". This process also removes the student from displaying if running the Scheduling Reject Analysis Report.
- You can opt to add or delete course requests. Click the Reschedule button and the "reject" is removed.
- If you are going to rerun the scheduler by using the Schedule All Students page, the Reject Tag is removed during the process if the issue is resolved.
Reject Tag of "Conflict" displays below:
Although the student's scheduling issue is resolved (student placed in a Beg Dance class), the Reject Tag still displays:
Clicking the All button to lock the student's schedule removes the C.
