How do you manually place photos on the Attendance by Photo chart when not using the Auto Assign option?

1. In the Unassigned Students Column click on a photo 

2. Drag and drop a photo to a place on the chart

The photos automatically save after being placed but can be rearranged on the chart by dragging and dropping in a different location.
