Staff Years in Service are not calculating based on Hire Date

Cause
- The Update Totals button is designed to add 1 year to the Years of Service fields
- If the Years of Service fields are zero (0) and the Leave Date is blank, the years will be calculated based on the Hire Date
*This process should be run once per year and is only allowed to update once every nine months.
Note: These fields should be reviewed for accuracy by LEA personnel who track credentialed employee data. If a staff member's years field is inaccurate, the field may be manually changed to the correct number.
