Close out Staff records for Staff that does not need to be reported on the CALPADS SDEM Extract
1. Certificated staff retired/resigned in the previous school year but require cleanup in the current year
2. Certificated staff retired Summer of the current school year and did not start the year with any job assignments
1. Staff Data (STF)
- Primary School needs to be changed to 0
- Status Tag needs to be changed to Inactive
- Enter a leave date
- Remove the Position Status
- Change the FTE to 0
2. Job Assignments (STJ)
- Delete Job Assignment
