Question: How does Weighted Categories in the Gradebook affect student Scores, when one or more Category does not contain any assignments?

Answer: For example: If there are three Categories and Category A is worth 20%, Category B is worth 30% and Category C is worth 50% but there are assignments in only Category A and Category B, the student is only receiving 50% of their Grade.  The student will receive 100% of their grade once there are completed assignments under Category C, which accounts for the remaining 50% of the grade.
