Why am I getting a SCSC0631F2 Error when my students are enrolled in a Elementary Class?  

For Elementary Scheduling, there is important information that needs to be included in both the Staff Record for the Teacher and the Teacher Record for the class. Missing information will prevent the course and the student course detail from the CALPADS Extracts in Aeries. 

Teacher Record

The students who are showing in the CALPADS report with the SCSE0641F2 error are enrolled in a teacher's classroom through the Teacher Data record.  Check the fields below for valid information.

Staff Record and Staff Assignment

If any of these fields are missing, this may prevent the Fall 2 Student Course data from reporting to CALPADS.
