SCSE0139F2 - Missing SCSE records

Why are students with valid Course Attendance Records (CAR) missing records in the SCSE extract?
There may be information that is missing in Aeries preventing the SCSE information from being extracted.
Check the Staff Information for the reported teachers.
Go into edit mode on the Staff page for this teacher. Check the SEID, and Position Status.
Check the State Course Code on the Courses page associated with the Master Schedule section number.
If the State Course Code is 6012, Aeries will not extract the course section.
