Issue
The CALPADS SSID Match Results file generates an error message when imported into the SSID Match Tool within Aeries. 

Cause

The Aeries SSID Extract file was renamed before being submitted to the CALPADS SSID Match Tool. This caused the CALPADS SSID Match Results file to have the same naming convention as the renamed Aeries file. However, the CALPADS SSID Match Results file should retain the original naming convention used by Aeries when the SSID Extract was generated.

Resolution

  1. Do not rename the SSID Extract file produced by Aeries.
  2. Redownload the original Aeries SSID Extract file.
  3. Submit the original file to the CALPADS SSID Match Tool.
  4. Download the new SSID Match Results file from CALPADS.
  5. Import the new CALPADS SSID Match Results file into the SSID Match Tool in Aeries. It should no longer fail.
