Error when navigating to Google Apps for Education > Configurations Status > Google Classroom 

On attempt 1: Google.Apis.Requests.RequestError @ClassroomDisabled The user is not permitted to access Classroom. [403] Errors [ Message[@ClassroomDisabled The user is not permitted to access Classroom.] Location[ - ] Reason[forbidden] Domain[global] ]

Solution: 

In Google Admin Apps> G Suite > Settings for Classrooms > Service Status

Select "ON for everyone"
