The Post Secondary Certification Licensure Result Code data element indicates the result of a state, nationally, or internationally recognized industry-based certification exam taken by a student. The data element is included in PEIMS Summer state reporting and is now included in the TREx Student Record export file.

1. Activities and Awards

• Select Type (ACT.TY) '3-Certifications, Licenses and Program Completions'
• Select Certification Result (ACT.PCR) and from the drop-down select the result

2. TREx Student Record Export

• On Student Demographics page select the Export button and select the TREx Student Record export 
• When the TREx Student Record export is generated, the student's IBC data will appear in the file following the <Immunization> records in the <Academic Status> record
