How to ensure Students are NOT allowed to choose an Alternate Course Request that has already been selected as a Primary or Alternate Course Request

Navigate to the Scheduling Setup page and select the option below under the Scheduling Options Do NOT allow an Alternate Course Request that has already been selected as a primary or alternate request

This option can be used with Scheduling Students into classes for current school year, Scheduling students into classes for the next school year, using their grade level next year Or Use Flex Scheduling for Next Year
