This article details how to Create and Restore a Scheduling Backup


Each time the Scheduler is run when working in the Scheduling Master Schedule, a Backup should always be created. In the event the Scheduler is run again mistakenly or with incorrect settings, the prior run results are then always readily available to Restore.


Ways to access the Backup and Restore Scheduling Results page

  • From the SMS Board, select the Backup/Restore Button at the bottom of the page to be directed to the Backup and Restore Scheduling Results page
  • From the Aeries Navigation Tree, filter for the  Backup and Restore Scheduling Results page
  • From the Scheduling Process Dashboard, select the Backup and Restore Scheduling Results page

Creating a Backup

Select the Backup Current Scheduling Tables (SSS, SMS and related tables) button


Enter the Description of the Backup and a Comment if applicable, then Select the OK button to Save the Backup.


Restoring a Backup

To Restore a Backup select the Backup you would like to Restore from the list and then Select the Restore SSS, SMS and related tables from Selected Backup button



A Pop-up Message will display.  Select the OK button


An email will be received when the process is Complete
