• Negative number under Days Present is causing error in CALPADS STAS file

• Attendance Summary shows negative Days Present

Cause

The Independent Study Incomplete code is incorrectly set up 

Resolution

The Independent Study Incomplete code should 

• Not count for ADA
• Be set in the Independent Study Indicator as Incomplete Independent Study 
• Be set to Verified NOT Absent
