This brief article will walk a user through making minor changes to an existing Grad Track. Note that these changes may affect the codes already applied to the Subject Areas on existing Courses


NOTE:  Once a Code has been added, only the Subject Area Description/Credits can be changed. The Code itself cannot be modified. It can only be deleted. Codes should be consistent from school to school within a district.  If E = English at one school, it must be E = English at all schools. 



1. Open the Graduation Requirements page and select the Track that needs updating, if not the Default.  Blank = Default



2. Select the Edit Pencil Icon for the code that needs updating. 



  • The form will open to allow changing the Subject area description or the number of credits.


  • Select the Save Disc Icon to save changes. If the change was made in error, select the Cancel Changes Arrow button in the middle.


3. To add a NEW code to a Grad Track, there is an Add New Record button at the bottom of the page. 


After updating all necessary fields, select the Save Disc Icon to save changes. If the change was made in error, select the Cancel Changes Arrow button in the middle.




4. The Code field is set as a 6 character VarChar field, so it can be more than one                             letter/character/number.
