Print Immunizations on the Transcript Print

How to get Immunizations to print on the Transcript

1. On the Transcript Definitions page under Things to Print, add the Immunizations to print

2. Under the General Tab for Optional Areas, Select Print/Define TTP

3. When the option to print 3-Column Transcript is selected for Immunizations to show on the Transcript, Photo and Grad Status must be de-selected in order to display the Immunization records
