How to add a Portal Document in a different language for Parent Data Confirmation or Online Enrollment
Step 1: Go to the Portal Documents Page
- This page is where you create and upload the Documents
Step 2: If the Document is not already created in English, first create the Document in English
- To be able to Translate a Document into a different language the Document first needs to be created in English
Step 3: On the English Document select the Edit Icon
Step 4: Select the Dropdown option next to English and then select the desired language
Step 5: Upload the Document for that language. The Document in another language may include a specific Title, Filename, and Comments in that language. All other settings are shared between languages.
