Parent Portal accounts do not have the State Test Score Reports view.
Cause
The Parent Portal Security Group has not been given the appropriate Security Permissions.
Resolution
The Parent Portal Group needs Read permissions to State Electronic Test Scores. Please see the screenshots from the documentation link below:
