Navigate to Student Data > Other > Email List.
The Email List page will contain a list of teachers and counselors along with the email addresses associated to the currently selected student.
The page supports Flex Scheduling including schools where primary class tracking is enabled. It also supports schools using Staff ID Based Counselors.

In non-flex elementary and secondary schools, the teacher and counselor email addresses will display from the Email Address field in Teacher table (TCH.EM).
If the secondary school is using staff ID based counselor option, then the Counselor name in the counselor field (STU.CNS) on Student Demographics will display from staff information in the Staff table.
In Flex elementary schools where primary class tracking is enabled, all teachers associated with the student will display including a non-primary teacher when multiple teachers are assigned to a section. The relation will display as 'teacher' but will not have the Primary Teacher label. Email addresses for the staff including counselors will come from the Staff table.
In Flex secondary schools, all associated active teachers will display including a non-primary teacher. A past primary teacher that has been given an end date in Section Staff Members section is no longer considered an active teacher and will not appear on the list if the end date is before the current date. If the school is using staff ID based counselor option, then the Counselor name in the counselor field (STU.CNS) on Student Demographics will display from staff information in the Staff (STF) table.
The Counselors are identified by the Staff Job assignment but will display based on the Counselor field in Student Demographics page. See Staff ID based counselors for more information.
If the school is not using staff ID based counselor option, then the counselor will display from the Counselor field on Student Demographics which comes from STU.CU and is based on information from the Teacher (TCH) table.
Selecting Email Addresses ↑
The selection of names will default as 'selected' for all active records associated to the student. For a non-primary teacher record, the checkbox will not be selected by default but can be selected when needed.
To email all selected associated records, select the hyperlink in the box for 'Email all Selected People". This will open the default email browser and add all selected email addresses to the To address box in the browser.
