- Create SSIDs for Summer testing for EL students being tested for the first time. See Summer ELPAC Testing.
- SELA Import Process
- Districts Initialize attendance
- Start Submissions (ongoing and impacts Fall 1 and EOY:
- Fall 1 - Enrollment Updates tab (run at the start of the school year after enrollment is activated for all students). Should be run regularly every couple weeks to monthly (more often during testing windows).
- SENR - Student Enrollment

SPRG - Student Program
SELA - English Language Acquisition Status

- Process Enrollment Updates every 2 - 4 weeks, more often during testing windows
- A new ODS file should be requested in CALPADS periodically (every couple months)
- Obtain new SSIDs for new students. This should be on a regular basis, weekly if necessary. During state testing windows, it should be run daily to sync with the data in TOMS.
