The following Grade Reporting and Gradebook tasks should be done at the midpoint of each grade reporting cycle.

| If necessary, issue partial credits and/or grades to a student before the regular grade cycle process is completed (i.e., transcript).
NOTE: This must be enabled on the School Options page. Grading windows must be set accordingly on Portal Options. | Student Data > Scheduling > Classes
