Overview
Navigate to Reports > Student Data > Independent Study Agreement Status.
The Independent Study Agreement Status report is designed to print information from the Independent Study Agreement page for students with Independent Study Agreements or Work Product Evaluation records. The report can be printed from the District level or an individual school site. When selecting to print from the District level, a default list of schools will be available for selecting with a Sort Schools By Name option. The report has the capability of selecting schools using School Groups.
The report can be printed from the Reports Navigation, the Independent Study Management page or the Work Product Evaluation page. Each of these reports are slightly different depending on where they originated from.

Report Options ↑
When this report is printed from Reports Navigation, the option to include Work Product Evaluation Data (WPE) is available. Select the page break option to print a page break between each Student or each Agreement. De-select this option to print the report without page breaks. When printed from the District, all selected schools will be included in the report listing for all students that have an IS Agreement. Information from the Independent Study Agreement page will display including Actual Start and End Dates, ISA Type, Length Type, Signatory Status WPE Status, ISA Status and ISA Reason. The report honors KEEP/SKIP query statements.

This is the same report that can be printed from the Work Product Evaluation tab in the Independent Study Agreements page. When printing from Work Product Evaluation tab, only a single student will be printed.
On the Independent Study Management Page, a Print Details button will display on the Results header bar. When printing the report from this page, information from the Independent Study Agreement page will display including agreement Actual Start and End Dates, ISA Type, Length Type, Signatory Status WPE Status, ISA Status and ISA Reason. When printing from the District level, all schools will be included when the report is printed. The list will be sorted by school and student name. The report honors KEEP/SKIP query statements.
