Overview


A new option called Track Primary Classes for Students was added to the School Options page. This feature allows a school to identify a course as a Primary Class. This feature will allow elementary schools the ability to use Flex Scheduling now as well. This can only be enabled when a school has a Scheduling Type = Flexible (3) and Use Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking has been enabled.

NOTE:  In order to use the Track Primary Classes for Students option, the Scheduling Type must be set for Flexible (3) and Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking must also be enabled.
