Texas State Unique Identifier numbers can be added to Aeries using the  Unique ID search function . 

Requirements

• STU - R I UD
• Required STU Fields for a UniqueID

SSN

Birthdate

Gender

Race

First Name

Last Name

School Settings: Turn on Encrypted Student Data (ESD)

Unique State ID

Using the Student Data 2 tab of the Student Demographics form, a user with sufficient permissions can look up and save the Unique State ID number  for the currently selected student . To search for a Unique State ID for the current student, select the search icon next to the Unique ID field on the Student data 2 form.

Note: If the TEA Service account has not been properly setup, the following warning will display.
