The Payment Arrears Report lists scheduled payments that are past due (in arrears). It helps schools and districts identify outstanding balances and follow up with families as needed.

Security:

Users must have Read permission for the Payment Transaction Payment Schedule security area to run this report.

Report Options

The Payment Arrears report is available at both the school and district levels. 

The options for the Payment Arrears Report are shown below.

Report Date - Payments in arrears includes payments due on or before the selected date.

Print Student Totals - When selected, the report will show the total amount in arrears for each student.

Report Sample

The report displays a list of students with overdue payments, including payment details and totals (if enabled).
