If CTE State Course Code is populated (Course Codes 7000 - 8999) then CTE Course Provider Code must be populated.

Resolution:

If the correct State Course Code is used, on the section populate the CTE Provider field.

If the State Course Code should not reflect a CTE course, update the State Course Code to resolve the issue.
