The Student Data form contains key areas that directly relate to attendance reporting and must be verified for accuracy. The student’s Enter Date and Leave Date MUST be accurate and the ATT table must be updated.
There is a Status field at the bottom of the form. If there are any discrepancy errors between Student Data and Attendance Enrollment, a message will display in red. For example in the above message, “Inactive student is still enrolled in attendance” displays. The Attendance Enrollment has not been updated to reflect the inactive student status.
The Attendance Audit Listing Report, available from the Reports menu, will also generate a listing of the same information. The Attendance Audit Listing Report will print out a list of students with potential errors in Enter/Leave Dates, Grade Level, Teacher Assignment or Specialized Program information.
