If a week needs to be eliminated from the calendar, it MUST be done while creating the month. Click the date field to be changed and type the new date on the Monday of the week to be deleted. The following weeks will be automatically updated with the correct calendar dates. After the change is made, Click the SAVE button.
California Legislative Information: For the purposes of counting attendance only in providing for a school calendar the winter vacation period, or any portion thereof, may be excluded by the school district in the definition of a school month.
In the example below, the week of 12/18/2017 was eliminated.
