- Honor Roll and Class Rank Listing from Transcripts
Overview ↑
Navigate to Reports > Grades.
Two reports are available to print the Honor Roll and Class Rank based on built-in GPAs. The Honor Roll and Class Rank Listing from Grade Reporting is based on the Class Rank from the latest grade reporting cycle. The Honor Roll and Class Rank Listing from Transcripts is based on the cumulative Class Rank from the transcript. Prior to printing the report the current grade point averages and class ranks must be recomputed.
NOTE: These reports reflect class rank based on the Built-In GPA chosen when the grade point average and class rank were last recomputed and stored in STU.CR (Class Rank) and STU.CS (Class Size). If you have custom District GPAs configured, the GPAs and class rank are stored in the GPA table (GPA.CR and GPA.CS) for each District GPA and are only available using the following query at this time:
LIST STU IDN GPA DGP STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR STU.CHT DGP.SNM DGP.LNM GPA.GPW GPA.GPN GPA.CR GPA.CS BY STU.CHT STU.GR GPA.CR ^ IF GPA.GPN # NULL
*Adjust the query if using the weighted GPA to look for GPA.GPW # NULL.
This will return a list of all custom District GPA's and the class rank to filter and sort using Microsoft Excel:
