The Aeries Mobile Portal is a mobile app for parents and students to view grades or a class list, attendance, report cards, contacts, demographics, payments, state test scores, notifications and Aeries Communications in a concise, mobile-friendly format. Students can also check in to Supplemental Attendance sessions (Class Check-In), and districts that use Titan can link to it. Which items appear depends on district settings and Portal Group security. Parents, guardians, and students can use their preexisting Parent/Student accounts to gain access to their data. For those parents or students who do not already have accounts, the Aeries Mobile Portal will guide them through the account creation process, unless the district has turned off account creation.

The Home screen shows the student's upcoming assignments and recent changes. Four features appear on the bar at the bottom of the screen; tap More to see the rest, including Contacts, Demographics and Settings. Full Portal (under More) opens the full Aeries Parent/Student Portal in the phone's web browser, already signed in.

The Aeries Mobile Portal honors the same Aeries security and portal options that affect the information available to the parents and students when they access the Student Portal on a browser.

The Aeries Mobile Portal app is available for iOS and Android phones.

There are several steps that the school district must complete in order for the parents or students to access their data through the Aeries Mobile Portal. These steps will be completed by Aeries Support for the hosted districts, but the non-hosted districts will need to complete these steps, including turning on Enable Aeries Mobile Portal in School Options. When the app is turned off, it shows "Your district has disabled the Aeries Mobile Portal. Please contact your district for more information." See Setup and Configuration of Aeries Apps for detailed information.
